Entry into force of the general conditions
By placing the presented order, you accept the GCs. Additionally, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) regarding the sales contract are applicable, as well as other Swiss laws and regulations.
Conclusion of the contract
The conclusion of the contract occurs through the buyer's order and the acceptance of the order by Vertic-Suisse Sàrl. An order can be placed by phone, in writing, or via the internet. Orders through the online shop automatically generate a confirmation that does not indicate whether the item is in stock and can be delivered. This confirmation serves only as proof that the order has been received. The acceptance of the order by Vertic-Suisse Sàrl is done through email confirmation, letter, or delivery of the ordered goods. A prepayment does not automatically imply acceptance of the order by Vertic-Suisse Sàrl. Incorrect or fictitious information in the order (address, etc.) is considered a contractual breach, and the order will be canceled.
Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) with 8.1% VAT excluded. Our prices on the internet pages and in catalogs, etc., are indicative and subject to change.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Additional unforeseen shipping costs due to a change in the order or similar reasons are borne by the buyer.
Delivery
Orders and deliveries are only possible within Switzerland. DHL or Planzer are responsible for deliveries. If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer or similar reasons and a second delivery is necessary, the corresponding costs are borne by the buyer.
No deliveries are made to post office boxes. Additionally, no goods are delivered to minors or under guardianship, unless there is written authorization from parents or guardians.
Receipt of delivery / goods
Any complaint regarding an obvious defect or non-conformity of the product with the order must be made in writing within 5 days of the product being made available by our Company. After this 5-day period, the Customer will be deemed to have no complaints against our Company, and no claims will be considered by our Company in this regard. Returns are only permitted if approved in advance by our Company. They must be returned free of charge, in perfect new condition, in their original packaging.
All PPE items in the fall protection range are excluded from return.

Delivery time
Your order is delivered as soon as possible. That is, within 7 days from stock, and if this is not possible, we will inform you by email of the expected delivery time.
Payment methods
Personal payment can be made through the TWINT system, credit cards (Master and Visa), or advance bank transfer. There is no possibility of deduction. Unjustified deductions will be invoiced later. For each payment reminder, CHF 20.– (handling fees) will be charged. In case of legal action, an additional amount of approximately CHF 160.– will be charged. The delivered goods remain the property of Vertic-Suisse Sàrl until full payment.
Image rights
Use of images without our approval is prohibited.
Data protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for order processing will be electronically processed and may be communicated to affiliated companies as part of order processing.

Exclusion of warranty

Jurisdiction
The competent court is the District Court of the Vaudois East. We also have the right to call the court at the customer's place of residence. Swiss law applies exclusively.
Changes to the GCs
These GCs are subject to change. The GCs on our internet pages at the time of ordering (receipt of the order) are valid.
