Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns will be at the purchaser's expense.


Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision as to whether or not we will approve or reject your claim.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.


Several types of products cannot be returned.

  • Items on sale
  • All P.P.E, (harnesses, lanyards, ropes, fall arrest)
  • Items returned without their original packaging, damaged or incomplete.
  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
